Now let’s be clear, this episode isn’t about self-esteem. It’s about self-acceptance… which means you’re accepting the good AND the “bad.”
The best news of all is that there really is no such thing as “bad.” Self-acceptance is unconditional. It means we can recognize our weaknesses or limitations without it interfering with our ability to fully accept ourselves.
