Thank you so very much for making this information available! So very helpful! I have been on a journey to learn what it means to be an empath and this is really my first encounter with others as my health issues have sort of consumed me over the past 5 years . I’m looking to break free from chains of the past and your information is so invaluable to me. This would have been helpful to me in work but is so helpful to me even now when I can’t work – like managing energy, dealing with narcissists and energy vampires, and setting boundaries and reading people wrong (but sometimes they have encouraged it then turn in me) then over sharing (which I then have felt bad about). But I like the emphasis on boundaries and taking care of oneself, I always put myself last. You two make every thing you do enjoyable because of the genuine mutual respect, love, and concern and sense of humor (comradely, struggling with just the right words) you two have. Thank for what give of yourselves. I sat down and listened to this podcast about Sabotage in the Workplace and listened to it again and took notes. I am thinking of doing one of those calls I forget the exact name of them so that I can improve my life as an empath but feeling a little apprehensive and not so advanced. Thanks for listening to my feedback.
