“Why is there a charge on my card?”

It’s a charge for one of our Online Educational Course or Coaching Products.

 

“Who is TIFFANDJACK.COM?”

We’re an education company based in Salt Lake City, UT, that creates training programs for highly sensitive people/empaths. We’ve been in business since 2008. Our company is owned by Jack and Tiffany Walker.

“Why are you charging me?”

This is either a charge for Empath Rising I, or Empath Rising II.

 

“Doesn’t ring a bell?”

If the product names above don’t ring a bell, it’s possible your business partner or significant other purchased one of our products. We’ve found that 95% of the time confusion arises from someone else in a household or company signing up for the product.

 

“Can I get an invoice for the charges?”

Every time we bill you we send an invoice to the email address you (or your co-worker or significant other) provided when you/they signed up. If you need a receipt we can always send you one. Simply email support at [email protected].

 

“Can I get a refund?”

It depends on the program you bought.  Each of our programs has a unique refund policy. You can always email support at [email protected] to inquire about the refund policy for the purchased program.
