As an Empath your mood (whatever mood you’re in) is bigger, deeper, wider and just plain MORE. (Oh the life of a DEEP feeler!) So picking up some new ways to improve your mood is a great idea.
You may already be doing some of these things, and please don’t try to do them all. When we try to do everything at once, overwhelm is a sure problem. Just pick one or two new things that spark interest for you when you hear them, and go from there.
Here’s the first three just to pique your interest:
Spend time with people that understand you.
Don’t bite off more than you can chew.
Do more of what you DO enjoy (even if it doesn’t sound appealing…you will be surprised in a good way).
