We’re back! And we have our fun and raucous music intro today (that should tell you something). As Tiff and I were having our morning talkabout, we were thinking of you and knowing it was time to get a new episode out since the last one was HEAVY.
I grabbed the microphone and hit record. It’s been a tumultuous 2 months here in the Walker house! And things are getting better.
The discussion today walks you through the things that made the biggest difference and literally helped us rise out of our ashes, and even see and feel the GOOD in it.
It’s our highest intention that as you listen you will hear exactly what you need today to lift you up and breathe hope and light into your soul.
This episode will feel very different than most due to Tiff having the hardest month of her life. It started off with COVID on March 26, 2020 and then being prescribed a Benzodiazapene to manage the horrific panic/anxiety, which threw Tiff into the fight of a lifetime with going through Benzo Withdrawal.
We didn’t have a clue what would happen when Tiff’s doctor prescribed Alprazolam, and the horror to follow when she was done taking it. We’re still in the middle of this experience and Tiff had a “window” of time where she had enough energy to sit and record this episode today.
We debated whether or not to tell it like it is, because we know we’re a place of hope and possibility and would never want to bring you down. And we also know that you have your own challenges, and you hearing our story as we journey through this challenging time and eventually rising victorious, will strengthen you on yours.
We took the music out of this episode because it was just way too much.

Thank god, when you know better, you do better. And having my hidden passive aggressiveness shoved out into the light has given me a strong resolve to be mindful of all the ways I show up in the world.
