Please use organic everything.

1 whole chicken
10 carrots peeled and sliced
10 stalks of celery sliced
3 cloves of garlic minced
12-18 cups of water
2 bay leaves
A handful of fresh parsley
2 tablespoons Himalayan sea salt

In a tea ball combine…
1/2 tsp of each of the following:
whole allspice
whole cloves
rosemary
thyme leaves

Boil the tea ball herbs in the soup with the chicken and vegetables.
Once the chicken is falling off the bone, (about 3 hrs) take the chicken out and debone the chicken and put the poultry back into the soup. Remove the tea ball and discard the herbs.

All done! Enjoy and get well!!!
